Are your perfumes authentic?
Yes. We sell genuine perfume decants sourced from trusted suppliers. Each decant is filled and labelled with care.
What is a decant?
A decant is a smaller portion of an original full-size perfume bottle, transferred into a separate vial. It lets you try a perfume before buying a full bottle.
How do I place an order?
Browse our catalog, add perfumes to your bag, and proceed to checkout. You can pay online or choose cash on delivery where available.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka: usually 1–3 business days after dispatch. Outside Dhaka: usually 3–5 business days. See our Shipping page for full details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders above our free-shipping threshold qualify for free nationwide delivery. The exact amount is shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. Once an order is packed or handed to the courier, changes may not be possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payment through our secure gateway and cash on delivery (COD) on eligible orders.
How should I store my decant?
Keep it upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Tighten the cap after each use to preserve the perfume.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Returns & Refunds policy.
Do I need an account to order?
You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and save your details for next time.
